Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

The rehabilitation hospital provides care for patients recovering from brain injuries, strokes, spinal cord injuries, amputations, complex orthopedic injuries, and other conditions. Designed to promote recuperation outside the traditional hospital setting, the rehabilitation facility incorporates many unique features. It includes all private rooms and a secured brain injury unit with private dining and a low-stimulation therapy gym. Large interdisciplinary gyms are available for patient therapy. A transitional living apartment simulates a residential apartment to prepare patients for their daily living tasks before discharge. There is a therapeutic courtyard with ample seating, walking paths, pickleball, and a putting green. Rooms are specially designed to treat dialysis patients. Specialty programs dedicated to neuro, stroke, brain injury, and amputation are offered. A practice transfer room, therapy kitchen, and laundry simulation area are available. Chapel facilities and day rooms for patients and families are included. Complimentary Wi-Fi access and cable television in patient rooms are provided.

Client requires compliance with its Influenza Vaccination Policy. Contractors who do not comply will not be permitted to work on the premises. Individuals who do not receive the influenza vaccination due to an approved medical or religious exemption must wear a mask. An N95 respirator is required if a tight-fitting respirator is necessary for specific job functions. The mask must cover both the nose and mouth during influenza season when present at facilities. Masking will begin on November 1 and continue through March 31, unless community data indicates a later flu season.
