Equipment sales and service company searching for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to handle invoice generation, receipts and customer maintenance through QuickBooks as well as manage the office. Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills are necessary for this position. Our small company of thirty employees offers the opportunity to be involved in and impact many functions to gain broad business experience. Company has a strong financial position and primarily works with state and local government customers.

Responsibilities:

Invoice generation through QuickBooks

Document management for work orders and certification reports

Expense tracking and allocation

Credit evaluations

Managing warranty process with vendors

Payment management and deposits

Requirements:

Strong computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Experience with QuickBooks is a plus but not necessary

Excellent communication and customer service skills

At least two years in an accounting or administrative role is preferred.
