Senior Associate, Digital Media

Senior Associate, Digital Media Responsible for activation, optimization, and content development across our digital marketing channels, inclusive of paid media and affiliate marketing. Responsibilities Paid Media Support Develop, execute, and optimize digital media campaigns across Meta, Google, and other platforms. Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.) to track performance, make data‑driven decisions, and maximize results. Serve as the first escalation point for the digital ad agency, applying technical and business knowledge to problem‑solve and keep projects moving. Craft insights for stakeholders and share learnings in appropriate forums. Own the content planning process for digital ads, working with the Creative Content team from brief to execution. Disseminate brand information to the media agency, including key product priorities and promotional calendar, ensuring alignment of testing plans to brand goals. Support quarterly and yearly strategy planning, inclusive of media activation and measurement. Develop, monitor, and report on an evolving learning agenda, mapping test‑and‑learns to drive key objectives across all media plans. Own budget management and invoice payment. Stay up‑to‑date on emerging technology and media trends to propose innovative solutions to external stakeholders. Affiliate Marketing Develop and execute a scalable affiliate marketing strategy aligned with company goals. Partner with the affiliate marketing agency to identify, recruit, onboard, and activate new affiliates. Be accountable for affiliate marketing KPIs, reporting, and budget. Collaborate with the brand marketing team to scale creator and press efforts through affiliate channels. Omnichannel Marketing Support Support retail marketing efforts, including digital media and in‑mall placements. Provide creative, reporting, and communication support with the retail team on marketing efforts. Perform duties beyond the specific functions listed as needed. Who You Are Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, with an emphasis on performance marketing and data‑driven decision making. Qualifications Four‑year college degree required; preferably marketing/advertising. 2–3 years of digital marketing experience, preferably at a digital marketing agency or an e‑commerce retailer. Highly analytical with strong Excel skills or equivalent data analysis aptitude. Working knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Omniture. Experience with platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager and Google AdWords. Priority for candidates with digital media certifications (e.g., Facebook Blueprint). Proficient with Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Benefits Full‑time salaried, exempt (no overtime). Standard company benefits.
