Medical Front Desk Coordinator Location: Scottsdale, AZ Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour Job Type: Temporary | Full-Time | Onsite A healthcare organization in Scottsdale is seeking a professional and customer-focused Medical Front Desk Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with medical office or front desk experience who enjoys helping patients and thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment. As the first point of contact for patients and visitors, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service while supporting daily administrative operations. Responsibilities Greet and check in patients in a friendly and professional manner Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments Verify patient demographics and insurance information Collect copays and process payments Maintain accurate patient records within the electronic medical record (EMR) system Assist with patient paperwork, referrals, and forms Coordinate communication between patients, providers, and clinical staff Perform general administrative and front office duties as assigned Qualifications Previous front desk, receptionist, medical office, or patient services experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask in a busy healthcare environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer systems Experience with EMR/EHR systems is a plus High school diploma or equivalent What We're Looking For Positive, professional demeanor Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable and dependable attendance Compensation & Schedule Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour , depending on experience Temporary assignment Full-time schedule 100% onsite in Scottsdale, Arizona Pay Details: $18.00 to $24.00 per hour Search managed by: Gabrielle Hernandez Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
