The Role

Our client, a Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Facility (120-bed) in Harlingen, TX, is looking for a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join their team. This is a full-time, direct-hire position. Full-time, 2:00 PM 10:00 PM shift.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor patients' condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care

Provide nursing care in a caring and compassionate manner

Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility policy

Coordinate with CNAs, CMAs, and other nursing staff to ensure quality resident care

Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with facility and regulatory standards

Respond promptly to resident needs and communicate changes in condition to the care team

Requirements

Must-Have

Active Texas LVN license required

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting preferred; new graduates will also be considered
