Position Summary The Operations Manager is a member of the Store Management team and supports the Store Manager in the total leadership and strategic operation of a CVS/pharmacy store. Responsibilities include overall store management, supervision, policy implementation, sales, inventory, employee staffing, training, financial management, and customer service leadership. Essential Functions Lead and work effectively with store crews. Supervise, assign, and direct activities of the store’s crew. Communicate information to store crew and supervisors in an open and timely manner. Support the Store Manager with action plans for operational and service improvement. Customer Service Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints. Promote CVS customer service culture (greet, offer help, and thank). Required Qualifications Deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills, and computer skills. Advanced communication, leadership, supervision, and influencing skills. Ability to work a full‑time flexible schedule, including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts, and to respond to urgent issues as needed. Preferred Qualifications Experience as a retail manager or supervisor. Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required. Compensation & Benefits Anticipated Weekly Hours: 29 Time Type: Part time Pay Range: $19.00 – $29.00 per hour (base rate).
