Type: Full-Time | Permanent Contingent
Relocation Assistance: Up to $1,500
Shift & Schedule: Nights, Days, Mixed, Evenings | Rotating Weekends

Compensation
$32.33/hr (0–9 Years Experience)
$40.41/hr (10–19 Years Experience)
$48.50/hr (20+ Years Experience)
Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 with 2-year commitment

Shift Differentials:
• Night Shift: +$3.00/hr
• Weekend Days: +$3.00/hr
• Weekend Nights: +$7.00/hr

Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking RN Emergency Room for an exciting Travel or Local job in Salem, VA.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Triage, assess, and treat emergency room patients of all ages
• Provide direct patient care for acute and critical cases
• Monitor patient conditions and respond quickly to emergencies
• Manage multiple patient cases while prioritizing based on acuity
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and emergency treatments safely
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and healthcare staff on care plans
• Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, infection control, and patient safety standards
• Coordinate admissions, transfers, and referrals as needed

Requirements:
• Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing required
• BSN or current BSN enrollment preferred
• Current Virginia RN license or Compact RN license required
• AHA BLS Certification required
• Minimum 1 year of ER RN experience in acute care preferred
• Med-Surg candidates may be considered for Night Shift cross-training
