You will play a vital role in keeping our facility running optimally through consistent repair work and upkeep. Core Duties Perform routine facility and equipment assessments to proactively detect repair requirements. Execute preventive maintenance and necessary fixes across plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems. Address maintenance tickets quickly to help minimize downtime and keep operations moving. Document all completed repairs and maintenance tasks to ensure thorough record-keeping. Work alongside colleagues to foster a secure and highly productive workplace for everyone. Support the setup and integration of updated machinery and infrastructure. Follow all established safety guidelines to maintain a secure environment for the entire team. Required Qualifications Completion of high school or GED; additional technical training or certifications are preferred. Demonstrated history of success in a maintenance or similar technical capacity. Comprehensive understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical system operations. Proficiency in interpreting technical schematics and equipment manuals. Strong analytical mindset and a keen eye for precision. Effective interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork. Flexibility to adjust your schedule and provide support during urgent maintenance situations.
