Strategic HR Partner for Operations & Labor Relations
Rome Metals, Inc.
ATI Materials seeks a Human Resources Business Partner in the Greater Milwaukee Area to lead HR initiatives within the Operations Team. You will advise on labor relations, talent management, compensation, and engagement, partnering with leaders to foster a productive work environment. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s in HR/Business Admin and 3+ years as an HRBP in manufacturing (or 5+ in non-manufacturing). Master’s degree preferred.
