Collaborate with partners and clients throughout transaction lifecycles. Manage multiple matters efficiently with increasing responsibility. Requirements 3+ years of experience in mergers and acquisitions and corporate transactions. Strong emphasis on private equity sponsored deals, particularly in the middle-market. Excellent academic credentials. Superior writing, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to navigate complex subject matter quickly and effectively. Education J.D. degree required.
