Our high-volume service department is seeking Service Advisors, with excellent customer service skills, to guide customers through the auto repair and maintenance process and ensure that they are satisfied Enjoy working in our state-of-the-art and climate-controlled facility! The successful candidate m ust have elite communication skills and be willing to learn the Al Packer way.

Responsibilities - Service Advisor:

• Guide customers through the auto repair and maintenance process, advise on service options and costs, schedule service, greet customers, answer questions, offer special promotions, follow vehicle from service bay entry and more.
• Communicate the customer’s requests to the technical team
• Keep customers informed of the progress of their vehicle
• Ensure work is completed to the customer’s satisfaction
• Manage any customer complaints or issues
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge

 

 

Requirements - Service Advisor:

• Dealership and CDK experience preferred
• Understands basic vehicle mechanics 
• Must be able to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Professionalism is a must
• Thrives in a fast-paced team environment
• Reliable with a good work ethic and problem-solving skills
• A positive attitude and professional appearance
• Valid driver's license and insurance
• High school diploma or equivalent
