What You\’ll Do Build lasting relationships by assisting customers throughout every step of the vehicle purchasing process. Demonstrate vehicle features and conduct engaging test drives tailored to each customer\'s needs. Prospect for new business through referrals, networking, digital opportunities, and community involvement. Respond promptly to internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom traffic. Follow up consistently with prospective and existing customers before, during, and after the sale. Utilize the dealership\'s CRM system to manage customer communications and sales activities. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of vehicle features, financing options, manufacturer programs, and competitive products.
