Position Details

• Full-Time
• Office Schedule (Flexibility Offered):
  • Monday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Tuesday: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Thursday: 7:00 AM – 1:30 PM
  • Friday: 7:00 AM - 1:00 PM *Friday hours vary each week, some Fridays off.
• No evenings or weekends

Responsibilities

• Perform prophys, gingival scaling, scaling, and root planing
• Conduct patient screenings, including oral health and neck examinations
• Review and update oral health histories
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
• Assist with emergency appointments as needed
• Collaborate closely with the dentist during treatment
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Dental Hygiene required
• Active Wisconsin Dental Hygienist license
• Previous hygiene experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Positive, respectful, and team-oriented attitude
• Assertiveness in the workplace
• Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment
