Resumen de la posición:
¡Oportunidad de producción en español en Concord, NC! Buscamos personal de empaque confiable y trabajador (Light Lifters) para unirse a un equipo de producción. No se requiere experiencia previa y se proporciona capacitación. Este es un puesto práctico enfocado en empacar productos de manera segura y precisa, mientras apoya las metas diarias de producción. Se requiere hablar español, incluyendo la capacidad de entender y seguir instrucciones en el lugar de trabajo. Se prefieren candidatos bilingües en inglés/español. Responsabilidades:- Ensambla y construye los cartones maestros para el envío.
- Reempaca los productos de cerámica y vidrio en cajas más grandes según sea necesario.
- Llena los cartones con materiales de empaque apropiados para proteger los productos durante el envío.
- Aplica y organiza las etiquetas de envío correctas en los paquetes.
- Realiza empacados repetitivos, agarres, flexiones y agachamientos durante el turno.
- Mantén un área de trabajo limpia, segura y organizada.
- Sigue todos los procedimientos de seguridad y los requisitos de EPI.
Requisitos:
- No se requiere experiencia previa; se proporciona entrenamiento.
- Se requiere hablar español; se prefiere inglés/español bilingüe.
- Capacidad para levantar y mover entre 25 y 50 libras, regularmente, y ocasionalmente por encima de la altura del hombro.
- Capacidad para estar de pie y caminar durante todo el turno y realizar doblamientos repetitivos, arrodillarse, agacharse y alcanzar.
- Cómodo trabajando en movimientos de maquinaria en un entorno de producción.
- Asistencia confiable, fuerte ética de trabajo y capacidad para trabajar bien en equipo.
- Capacidad para trabajar de manera eficiente y alcanzar metas diarias de productividad.
Horario:
- Lunes – viernes | 7:00 am – 4:00 pm
- Horas extras según sea necesario
Compensación:
- $16.00 la hora
