Monitor and perform the duties of housekeeping staff in keeping guest rooms and public areas of the hotel clean and in serviceable condition to ensure procedures are followed, standards maintained, and quality service given in a safe, secure, accident-free manner.

Essential duties include:

• Provide a clean and safe environment for guests
• Clean all assigned guest rooms daily with attention to detail
• Assist with cleaning rooms following safety and security procedures
• Report safety hazards, theft, and housekeeping concerns to management
• Respond to and fulfill guest requests to ensure satisfaction

Requirements:

• Good customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and with others
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lift/carry up to 15 lbs. and occasionally up to 35 lbs.
• Display good initiative and ability to multitask
