Maintenance Mechanic - Must be able to repair machines and equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Proven experience in Fabrication preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical issues on production equipment
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on machinery and facility systems
• Repair or replace defective components such as bearings, belts, chains, blades, and motors
• Support equipment installations, adjustments, and line changeovers
• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety policies, including lockout/tagout procedures
• Collaborate with production and QC teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability.
• Work cohesively with other mechanics and maintenance techs.

Qualifications

• Hands-on mechanical experience in an industrial setting
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment
• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, motors, etc.
• Strong commitment to safety practices
• Preferred Fabrication experience (cutting, grinding, drilling, shaping metal components)

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout your shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, machinery, and varying temperatures
• Ability to work at heights or in confined spaces when required

Schedule

This position is scheduled based on business needs. Employees are assigned to either  day shift coverage or night shift coverage , depending on availability and plant requirements.

• Day shift coverage generally falls between approximately 5:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Night shift coverage generally falls between approximately 5:00 PM – 4:00 AM
• Typical shifts are 8–10 hours in length
• Exact start and end times may vary slightly depending on production needs and maintenance priorities

Candidates may indicate preference for day or night shift, and assignments will be made accordingly. While we try to maintain consistent scheduling within the assigned shift (day or night), flexibility is required due to the nature of manufacturing operations.

In addition, this position may occasionally require  after-hours or emergency call-in support to address urgent equipment or production issues.
