Senior Accountant

Location: Austin, TX (Full-time, Onsite) Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting day-to-day accounting operations, including maintaining daily accounting records, general ledger maintenance, financial reporting, reconciliations, payroll processing, benefits administration and compliance. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently on multiple data platforms in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Entering, tracking, and reconciling Quickbooks accounting records alongside Salesforce deal records. Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll. Prepare and issue timely periodic financial reports. Assist with month-end and year-end close processes. Ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable local, state, and federal regulations. Support budgeting and forecasting processes with accurate financial data Track and process inter-company transactions/journal entries. Reconcile payments and sales commissions in Salesforce. Process payroll and manage vendor/contractor payments and invoices. Track compensation plans, bonuses, SPIFs, and true-ups. Monitor cash flow, deposits, and prepare cash flow reports. Manage collections, accounts receivable, and clawback tracking. Track and invoice volume bonuses; follow up on outstanding balances. Categorize and report expenses, including credit card transactions. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. Support 401(k) administration and related accounting tasks. Utilize QuickBooks for financial management and reporting. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting. Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and accounting systems. Experience with Salesforce is a plus. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently. #J-18808-Ljbffr
