As a Multiline Representative , you’ll play an important role in taking care of our existing customers while also identifying opportunities to help them with additional insurance and financial service needs.

This is not just a customer service position. We’re looking for someone who can provide exceptional service while recognizing sales opportunities, making recommendations, and helping grow customer relationships.

This position includes commission opportunities in addition to base compensation , giving you the ability to increase your earnings based on your results.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional service to existing customers by phone, text, email, and in person.

• Assist customers with policy questions, coverage needs, account updates, billing questions, documentation, and other service requests.

• Build strong relationships with customers and create a positive, consistent experience.

• Review customer accounts and identify opportunities for additional products, coverage, and multiline relationships .

• Have needs-based conversations with customers to uncover gaps and recommend available options.

• Follow up with customers on quotes, coverage recommendations, policy changes, and outstanding needs.

• Generate sales from opportunities that arise through everyday customer service interactions.

• Help with retention efforts and strengthen relationships with our existing book of business.

• Maintain accurate customer records and complete required documentation and follow-up.

• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve customer service, retention, and sales goals.

• Participate in office and community marketing efforts when needed.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.

• Comfortable having both service and sales conversations with customers.

• Motivated by goals, performance, and commission opportunities.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to recognize customer needs and confidently recommend appropriate options.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Previous customer service, sales, business support, or insurance experience is preferred.

• Must possess or be willing and able to obtain the required state insurance licenses.
