As a trusted provider of Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing, and Nursing Facility services, we are committed to providing exceptional care and support to our elderly residents. Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of meals for our residents, including evening meals, snacks, and special dietary needs. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations. Collaborate with our dietary staff to plan and implement menus that meet the nutritional needs of our residents. Manage food inventory and ordering, ensuring that we have the necessary supplies to meet the demands of our menu. Work effectively as part of a team to ensure that our kitchen operations run smoothly and efficiently. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required. 1-2 years of experience in a commercial kitchen or healthcare setting preferred. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evening shifts and weekends. Excellent culinary skills and attention to detail. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
