As an Inserter Operator, you will be an essential part of the production department supporting the printing and distribution process. Job Title: Inserter Operator Location: Lynchburg, VA Pay Range: $12.77 Shift: 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. What's the Job?- Operate newspaper inserter machinery efficiently and accurately
- Ensure proper loading and feeding of materials into the machine
- Monitor machine operation and troubleshoot minor issues
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the work area
- Assist in quality control checks to ensure output meets standards
- Minimum of 1 year experience in machine operation
- Ability to follow safety procedures and instructions
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication skills and teamwork orientation
- Flexibility to work the specified hours and days
