Onboarding & Adoption Specialist for Pros
Housecall Pro
Housecall Pro is seeking an onboarding specialist to ensure a seamless experience for home service professionals (Pros) joining our platform. You will activate accounts, guide early product adoption, and reinforce the value of Housecall Pro to build confidence in the decision to join.
You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Engineering and Tech Support to address feedback, drive adoption, and help Pros realize value quickly.
