Senior Business Analyst / Quality Assurance Analyst
Zencon is seeking a Senior Business Analyst / Quality Assurance Analyst for a high-visibility engagement supporting a fast-paced, data-driven State government IT environment. This hybrid role blends business analysis and QA testing, owning requirements, user stories, and end-to-end testing across the SDLC. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring applications meet functional, accessibility (508/ADA), and quality standards. Key Highlights:
- 5+ years in Business Analysis and QA Testing
- Strong experience with Azure DevOps (ADO)
- Requirements gathering, user stories, and UAT support
- Test planning, regression, accessibility (WAVE), and SDLC testing
- Agile and Waterfall experience
Nice to Have:
- SQL, Selenium/Katalon, or Veracode
- Financial systems or complex application experience
