Accountant

Johnson Service Group is looking for an Accountant to work with one of our clients in San Jose. Responsibilities Process employee expense reimbursements and credit card expense reports in accordance with company policy. Process daily cash receipts and deposits; scan and upload supporting documentation. Prepare journal entries for cash receipts, revenue, property taxes, allocations, and reclasses. Audit cash disbursements. Reconcile general ledger and procurement credit card accounts. Respond to internal and external customer inquiries. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Accounting or a related field. One (1) year of professional accounting experience. Knowledge of basic accounting principles and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, and ERP/accounting systems preferred. Strong attention to detail, organizational, and customer service skills. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities. Valid CA driver's license.
