Location: Dayton, OH

Pay: $21.00 per hour

Schedule: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Machine Operator for a temporary manufacturing opportunity in Dayton, Ohio. This role is ideal for candidates with production experience who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate mechanical production equipment and perform basic machine troubleshooting
• Load, transport, handle, and process materials safely and efficiently
• Inspect, label, package, and verify finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Track production data and accurately record downtime information
• Identify and report defective materials or quality concerns
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following health, safety, environmental, and quality standards
• Collaborate effectively with supervisors and team members to meet production goals
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices, including 5S
• Work scheduled shifts, including overtime as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing or production experience
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Basic computer proficiency, including experience entering and maintaining production data
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP is preferred
• Ability to follow established safety, quality, and production procedures
