Lean Reconditioning Center Manager

Carvana is seeking a Supervisory Manager for the Inspection Center to oversee a team of leads and up to 70 front-line associates in a lean manufacturing environment. You will drive continuous improvement, ensure quality and safety, and align operations with company goals. The role requires 5+ years in automotive or lean manufacturing, strong leadership, and the ability to mentor staff, develop plans, and maintain capacity to meet production targets.
