Location: Austin, Texas

Schedule: 13-week contract, Night shift 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM with rotating weekends, no call required

• 32-bed Emergency Department with 4:1 patient ratio
• Fast-paced Freestanding Emergency Department environment with comprehensive case mix including intubations, lumbar punctures, TNK administration, and trauma procedures
• Utilize Meditech EMR system for streamlined documentation
• Collaborative team environment with experienced clinical staff and supportive charge nurse coverage on every shift
• Opportunities for permanent placement after contract completion
• Professional development focus with emphasis on advanced emergency certifications

Requirements:

• Active Texas RN license or multistate compact license
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications required
• TNCC and ENPC certifications must be obtained by start date
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department experience strongly preferred
• Proficiency in emergency procedures including splinting, suture removal, and laceration repair
