The Opportunity As part of the Data and Analytics - Financial Risk Modelling team you manage the development and validation of econometric, statistical, and AI/ML models, leading complex projects and motivating teams. As a Director, you set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts, making impactful decisions and overseeing multiple projects while maintaining executive-level client relations. This role is crucial in driving business growth, shaping client engagements, and mentoring future leaders, fostering a thriving environment for people and technology. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
