Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment is properly sanitized and stocked Check identification to verify legal drinking age and adhere to all licensing regulations Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere and promote specials or new menu items Handle cash and process payments accurately Monitor guest behavior and intervene when necessary to ensure a safe environment Restock bar supplies and assist with inventory management Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies Skills and Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role preferred Knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to handle cash transactions accurately Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Valid bartending license or certification if applicable in your region Join our team and enjoy a lively work environment that values teamwork, creativity, and professional growth.
