$18–$21/hour + Benefits for Part-Time Employees

This isn't your typical after-school job. One minute you might be leading a kickball game, helping with an art project, or building an epic LEGO creation. The next, you're encouraging a child who's struggling with homework or helping them make a new friend.

Your afternoons may include:

• Playing outdoor games and sports

• Leading arts, crafts, and STEM activities

• Helping with homework

• Organizing team challenges and group games

• Sharing your hobbies and interests with keiki

• Encouraging creativity, confidence, and friendships

• Making children laugh while helping them learn and grow

It's one of the few jobs where playing games, being active, and having fun are actually part of the job description.

• Monday-Friday afternoons (approximately 1:45 PM-4:40 PM)

• Early release Wednesdays (start around 12:30 PM)

• No evenings, weekends, or major holidays

As a Group Leader, you'll help create a safe, engaging, and enriching environment where children can learn, play, and thrive after school.

You'll:

• Lead recreational activities, games, and enrichment projects

• Supervise children during indoor and outdoor play

• Support homework completion and academic success

• Encourage positive behavior and character development

• Foster friendships and inclusion among children

• Ensure children's safety and well-being

• Work alongside a fun and supportive team

You might be a great fit if you're:

• Must be at least 18 years old

• High School Diploma or GED

• Able to commute to a site in Lihue

Student Aide opportunities may be available for applicants under 18.
