Manager - Back of House

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Back of House Manager to join our leadership team and help us continue to deliver remarkable experiences to our guests. Your Role: The Back of House Manager ensures consistent execution of daily operations by leading shifts, coaching team members, and upholding Chick-fil-A’s standards of excellence. This role leads people and systems to create a smooth, guest-focused experience, while supporting team development and accountability. Focused on real-time leadership and operational consistency, the Back of House Manager helps drive short-term success and long-term growth in alignment with the mission and values of the Colleyville Blvd. & Main Chick-fil-A. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Directly lead and supervise all BOH operations with a focus on food safety, food quality, speed of service, guest experience, and team member experience. Execute and coach key food safety practices including Safe Daily Criticals, eRQAs, and temperature checks. Serve as the primary supervisor for team leaders, providing coaching and support to execute all operational objectives and requirements. Ensure cleanliness and organization of kitchen, storage, and prep areas. Collaborate with leadership to identify and resolve operational challenges. Train and coach BOH team members through real-time feedback and accountability. Manage inventory processes: truck orders, waste tracking, and prep forecasting. Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting. Chick-fil-A leadership experience is a plus. Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Exceptional guest service abilities with a genuine desire to serve others. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Availability to work various shifts, including evenings and Saturdays. High school diploma or equivalent; some college or degree preferred. Why Join Our Chick-fil-A Team?
