Your daily responsibilities will include operating machinery, mixing ingredients, and ensuring that our production processes run smoothly. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and safety standards throughout the mill, ensuring that our products meet the highest quality expectations.SHIFTS AVAILABLE:1ST SHIFT Mon - Thurs 6AM - 5PM ($20-$23.50)2ND SHIFT Mon - Thurs 5 PM to 4 AM ($20 - $23.50)/HR +$3 SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL5TH SHIFT Fri - Sun 4PM - 4AM ($20 - $23.50) + $5 SHIFT DIFFERENCIALday to day responsibilities · Guide semi-trailer into designated area· Complete incoming and outbound inspection reports· Sample raw materials· Receive in raw materials· Inventory/cycle counts· Assist in dumping bulk totes· Ensure proper ingredient weights, materials, and labeling as required· Report, document, and repair any discrepancies found within your work area.· Clean equipment and facilitiesPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSProlonged periods of standing and walking through the factory.Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times.Embrace this opportunity to be part of a dedicated team making a difference in pet nutrition!Does this sound like you?To thrive as a Mill Laborer at Barrett Petfood, several key skills will help you succeed in this hands-on role.
