Basic Qualifications

Department of Defense Secret security clearance is obtainable within a reasonable amount of time after hire. As a Systems Engineer Support Specialist on RSP, you'll be part of a cross-functional engineering team delivering hardware, software and systems solutions. This Systems Engineer role may focus on one or more of the following areas:

• Test & Integration Engineering: hardware/software validation, verification, and performance testing
• Requirements Engineering: documenting, analyzing, and managing system requirements
• Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE): system modeling, simulations, and design analysis
• Hardware-Systems Engineering: design, integration, and troubleshooting of hardware systems

Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience:

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
• Experience in Systems Engineering, including Test & Integration, Requirements, MBSE, or Hardware-Systems.
• Knowledge of systems design, MBSE modeling, and simulation.
• Familiarity with requirements management tools (DOORS, Cameo, or similar).
• Experience with defense, aerospace, or mission-critical systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute systems engineering activities in Test & Integration, Requirements, MBSE, or Hardware-Systems, depending on focus area.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure system performance, reliability, and compliance.
• Document, review, and manage system requirements using requirements management tools and MBSE.
• Participate in design reviews, verification, and validation activities.

Combined Salary Range

USD $101,357.00 - USD $109,672.00 /Yr.
