Position Responsibilities

Ready to build whats next As a Director of Product Management & Development youll be at the forefront of innovationturning bold ideas into real products that scale. Youll own the full product lifecycle from pitching new concepts to launching MVPs and driving continuous growth. This is a high-impact role where youll shape strategy rally teams and deliver meaningful value to millions of customers.

Qualifications

• 15 years of experience in Product Development Product Management or similar area of responsibility.

• Bachelors Degree required Masters Degree preferred

• Experience launching successful tech products

• Strong financial acumen; ability to build and pitch business cases

• Understanding of basic network and emerging tech concepts

• Deep customer & industry knowledge

• Creative problem solver ability to develop solutions to hard problems

• Ability to engage with various stakeholder groups

Our Director Product Management & Development earns between$174100 - $261100 USD Annual . Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography experience expertise and education/training.
