Director, Head of Compliance

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Director of Quality Compliance for its Cell Therapy manufacturing facility in Summit, New Jersey. This leader will develop and oversee site compliance programs, manage regulatory inspections, conduct internal audits, and ensure adherence to quality standards across manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee site preparation and management of corporate audits and regulatory inspections
- Lead fact-finding meetings for significant quality events and manage regulatory notifications
- Develop and oversee execution of site internal audit program and quality risk management
- Own site compliance plan aligned with strategic quality objectives and manage departmental metrics
- Direct staff development, succession planning, and quality compliance program enhancements
Requirements
- BS in relevant Science or Engineering discipline, or MBA
- Minimum 12+ years management experience in regulated industry
- Working knowledge of QA, QC, Quality Systems, validation, and regulatory roles
- Proven experience managing global health authority inspections and remediation
- Demonstrated ability building and leading exceptional teams
- Strong project management, communication, and influencing skills in matrix environments
Compensation: $187,700 - $227,445 base
