Marketing Intern

We are seeking a detail-oriented, dependable, and proactive individual for our part-time Marketing Intern position. In this role, you will support marketing campaigns, sponsorship coordination, content creation, and general administrative functions. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational and communication skills, hands-on experience with Salesforce and Canva, and a focus on supporting smooth campaigns and ongoing content. Responsibilities Sponsorship Coordination: Find new sponsorship opportunities for the company to attend and assist with scheduling sponsorship table opportunities. Campaign & Content Creation: Create and schedule LinkedIn ads, campaigns, and posts. Website Support: Assist with website blog posts and other general website maintenance. Inventory Management: Manage and maintain marketing inventory. Administrative Support: Perform general administrative support duties to keep team operations running smoothly. Qualifications Education: Expected graduation in Spring or Summer 2027 with a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Technical Proficiency Working knowledge of Salesforce and Canva. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including managing spreadsheets and using formulas). Working knowledge of Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.). Core Competencies Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in work output. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Career Growth: Intern-to-Hire opportunity — a full-time position will be offered after a successful internship.
