What You'll Do

• Evaluate patients' physical capabilities and develop individualized treatment plans
• Administer therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve strength, mobility, and function
• Document patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on therapies and home exercise programs
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and safety standards

What You Need

• Valid Physical Therapist license in New Hampshire
• BLS/CPR certification
• 1+ year of relevant clinical experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
