Raleigh Program Specialist

About the Role As a Program Specialist, you’ll be the face of the Boosterthon program on elementary school campuses. You’ll work alongside a supportive team to help schools reach their fundraising goals, deliver engaging student experiences, and create a positive impact for students and communities. This role is available in both full-time and part-time capacities and is ideal for someone early in their career who wants meaningful, hands‑on experience. Responsibilities Teach and present a character‑based curriculum to students Set up and host the Boosterthon Fun Run fundraiser Motivate students to participate and raise funds for their school Engage with teachers, parents, and school administrators Model fitness, leadership and character as part of a team Qualifications Excellent communication: professionalism and enthusiasm with students, faculty and staff, written and verbal Positive attitude: optimism, enthusiasm, intentionality Growth mindset: continual desire to learn and grow personally and professionally Good judgment: strong self‑awareness and emotional intelligence Outcome‑oriented: hard worker, timely and efficient Enthusiastic: connect with students, faculty and staff Additional Requirements Licensed driver with reliable transportation Pass Booster’s Background and Motor Vehicle check Able to lift up to 45 lbs and remain active throughout the day Full‑day availability (7:00 am–4:00 pm) on scheduled workdays Compensation $13.00–$15.00 per hour , non‑exempt. #J-18808-Ljbffr Booster Enterprises Inc
