Note: Candidates must have 2+ years of personal injury paralegal experience with direct involvement in trial preparation. Job Description Support attorneys with day-to-day handling of plaintiff-side personal injury matters, with a focus on trial preparation Manage case files, deadlines, and documentation from intake through resolution Draft correspondence, authorizations, discovery materials, and other legal documents Obtain, review, and organize medical records and case-related materials Communicate with clients, medical providers, experts, and other case parties with professionalism and care Assist with pleadings, litigation support, and active trial preparation Track treatment progress, damages, and case developments to help drive files forward efficiently Maintain accurate case records and ensure strong follow-through on all open items Qualifications 2+ years of personal injury paralegal experience, including trial preparation Bilingual English/Spanish required Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple active files simultaneously Experience handling medical records, case documents, and client communication Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented law firm environment Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish Why You Will Love Working Here This is a team that genuinely cares about its clients and about each other.
