LaRock & Perez LLP is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join their dynamic legal team in the heart of New York, NY. Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and proofread legal documents, pleadings, motions, and correspondence

Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorneys

Manage and organize case files, discovery materials, and client records

Coordinate court filings, deadlines, and docket management

Assist attorneys in trial preparation, including exhibit organization and witness coordination

Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel professionally

Requirements:

Minimum 4–5 years of paralegal experience, in New York

Plaintiff, Personal injury experience required

Must be bilingual in Spanish

Proficiency in legal research platforms such as Westlaw or LexisNexis

Strong knowledge of New York court procedures, filing systems, and deadlines

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple cases and priorities simultaneously

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software
