We are currently seeking an experienced full-time Personal Injury Paralegal to join a busy successful growing Personal Injury practice. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing plaintiff-side personal injury matters and be comfortable handling cases from intake through settlement and/or trial preparation.
Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through resolution.
- Maintain regular communication with clients regarding case status, treatment, and outstanding documentation.
- Obtain & review medical records, medical bills, police reports, insurance information, and other case-related documents.
- Draft correspondence, pleadings, discovery demands, and responses, bills of particulars, and other litigation documents.
- Assist attorneys with depositions, mediations, arbitrations, trial preparation.
- Coordinate with medical providers, insurance carriers, opposing counsel, experts, and other parties.
- Assist with settlement packages and demands.
- Maintain organized and accurate electronic case files.
- Provide Attorneys with regular case updates.
