Litigation Paralegal - Auto Injury & Discovery Pro

Got a talent for keeping litigation deadlines from ever slipping through the cracks? We want to talk to you! ⚖️ We're hiring an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support a US law firm focused on personal injury litigation. What You'll Be Doing: Draft and respond to written discovery, including Form Interrogatories, Special Interrogatories, and Requests for Production Handle e-filing across multiple California court portals, staying ahead of every deadline Work with vendors and opposing parties to notice and schedule depositions Support attorneys in preparing trial binders, exhibit and witness lists, and mediation briefs Keep case files organized and current within the case management system Monitor court dates, filing deadlines, and calendars across a full litigation caseload Serve as a clear point of contact for clients, providing consistent case updates What We're Looking For: Required: Prior experience at a U.S. law firm or U.S.-based legal company Demonstrated experience drafting and responding to discovery — not just reviewing it Comfortable in case management systems, with a strong preference for Filevine experience California e-filing portal experience is a plus Background coordinating depositions with vendors and multiple parties Auto accident litigation experience required; premises liability and dog bite case experience is a strong plus Bilingual in English and Spanish (C1 English or higher) Sharp legal writing, strong organization, and close attention to detail Available to work U.S. business hours Why You'll Love Working with Us: Competitive hourly pay based on experience, full-time (40 hrs/week) Paid time off and sick leave Referral bonus Sound like your next role?
