$130k- $180k+ Benefits

New York, NY- Fully on-site; some flexibility for a hybrid arrangement

1+ years of plaintiff personal injury experience

2-3 Rounds

Manage and work on plaintiff personal injury files from inception through resolution

Assist with and prepare matters for trial

Conduct discovery, depositions, motion practice, and case preparation

Work directly with partners and senior attorneys on complex matters

Independently manage assigned files while receiving guidance from experienced attorneys

Prepare clients and witnesses for depositions and trial

Analyze liability, damages, medical records, and case strategy

Participate in negotiations and settlement discussions

Assist with active trials and develop courtroom experience

Maintain organized and timely case files

Take increasing ownership of matters as experience develops

At least 1 year of plaintiff personal injury experience

Experience with personal injury litigation, preferably involving construction/labor law, auto, premises liability, or workplace injuries

Trial experience or meaningful exposure to trial preparation is strongly preferred

Strong interest in developing as a litigator

Comfortable managing a busy caseload

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Organized, motivated, and able to work independently

Willingness to work closely with partners and learn from experienced trial attorneys

This is a fulltime opportunity. The selected candidate will be employed directly by our client.
