Job Overview A law firm seeks an experienced Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Attorney to join its team in New York, NY. The attorney will manage motor vehicle liability cases from intake through settlement, representing plaintiffs in New York. Duties Manage pre-litigation cases from intake through settlement, including strategy and documentation. Complete necessary approvals and guide clients through the case lifecycle. Draft and prepare pre-litigation documents such as demands and settlement packages. Negotiate settlements with carriers. Supervise a team of 6-10 Case Managers, ensuring compliance and quality standards. Conduct recorded statements and prepare clients for hearings and examinations. Requirements Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Active membership in good standing with the New York State Bar. 1+ years of personal injury/motor vehicle accident experience preferred. Ability to manage a high-volume caseload. Strong client service, communication, and organizational skills. Leadership ability and self-starter mindset. Excellent writing and advocacy skills.
