We're looking for an experienced personal injury attorney who wants to make a real impact while handling meaningful cases from intake through resolution.This role is on-site five days a week.If you're passionate about advocating for plaintiffs, enjoy litigation, and want to work in an environment where your work truly matters, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll DoManage a personal injury caseload from pre-suit through trialConduct depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and court appearancesDraft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement demandsNegotiate with insurance carriers and opposing counselDevelop case strategy and evaluate liability and damagesBuild strong relationships with clients while providing exceptional serviceCollaborate with partners and support staff to maximize case outcomesQualificationsJ.D. from an accredited law schoolActive NY Bar license in good standing4-6+ years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience preferredExperience handling motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and general negligence mattersStrong deposition, negotiation, and litigation skillsExcellent writing, communication, and client management abilitiesTrial experience is a plus but not required
