Plaintiff Personal Injury AttorneyFulltime$130k- $180k+ BenefitsNew York, NY- Fully on-site; some flexibility for a hybrid arrangement1+ years of plaintiff personal injury experience2-3 RoundsManage and work on plaintiff personal injury files from inception through resolutionAssist with and prepare matters for trialConduct discovery, depositions, motion practice, and case preparationWork directly with partners and senior attorneys on complex mattersIndependently manage assigned files while receiving guidance from experienced attorneysPrepare clients and witnesses for depositions and trialAnalyze liability, damages, medical records, and case strategyParticipate in negotiations and settlement discussionsAssist with active trials and develop courtroom experienceMaintain organized and timely case filesTake increasing ownership of matters as experience developsAt least 1 year of plaintiff personal injury experienceExperience with personal injury litigation, preferably involving construction/labor law, auto, premises liability, or workplace injuriesTrial experience or meaningful exposure to trial preparation is strongly preferredStrong interest in developing as a litigatorComfortable managing a busy caseloadStrong written and verbal communication skillsOrganized, motivated, and able to work independentlyWillingness to work closely with partners and learn from experienced trial attorneysThis is a fulltime opportunity.
