Position Summary

As a Staffing Recruiter , you'll own the full-cycle recruitment process—from sourcing top talent to successfully placing candidates in temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire roles. You'll partner closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver high-quality matches that drive their success.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and attract high-quality candidates using job boards and social media.
• Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Partner with clients to deeply understand their staffing needs, company culture, and expectations.
• Write and post job descriptions across multiple platforms.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of pre-qualified talent for current and future openings
• Manage recruitment activity and candidate data accurately in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with candidates, clients, and your internal team.

Required Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition
• Management/Supervisory experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload
• Solid negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Self motivated but can also work in a team environment
•  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience recruiting for light industrial, manufacturing, or administrative roles

Work Environment & Schedule

• Standard hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM , Monday–Friday.
• Occasional flexibility for evenings or weekends to support clients and candidates.
• Some travel to client sites or job fairs as needed.

Only candidates that meet the qualifications will be considered. Pay is based on experience and qualifications.
