The pay range for this job is $18 to $25/hour, which will depend on prior experience, fit, and the right attitude. We are looking for Restoration (Mitigation) Technicians, Mitigation Apprentices, and General Laborers.

Core Job Duties

• Arrive at customer site as scheduled.
• Perform construction demolition, water extraction, equipment set-up, moisture monitoring, furniture removal, containment set-up, and decontamination services.
• Use water restoration equipment to dry affected areas at a loss.
• Be ready to inspect site and present solutions to the client if applicable.
• Provide legendary customer service.
• Communicate professionally with clients, employees, the general public, and management.
• Demonstrate dependability and efficient work practices.
• Follow all established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Complete assigned projects per established time frames.
• Ensure projects are completed to the client's satisfaction.

Requirements & Preferences

• Valid driver's license without a major violation (OMVI, Reckless, etc.)
• Be able to pass a background check and a drug test
• Excellent communication skills
• A high school diploma, or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience
• Restoration experience preferred for restoration technicians but not required

Schedule

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Holidays
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• On call
• Overtime
• Weekend availability
