We're looking for Front of House Team Members to join our team across our Round Rock, Arbor, Lakeline, and Brodie locations. As a Front of House Team Member, you'll be one of the welcoming faces of Fire Bowl Caf, interacting directly with guests and helping create a positive dining experience from the moment they arrive. Our FOH team members are cross-trained in multiple positions, including Food Runner, Cashier, and Expo, giving you the opportunity to learn different areas of the restaurant while working closely with your teammates. Job Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service by warmly greeting and assisting customers, answering menu questions, and creating a positive dining experience.
• Work across Front of House positions, including Food Runner, Cashier, and Expo, while maintaining accurate and timely service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment by following restaurant procedures, food safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Support smooth restaurant operations by responding to changing customer volume, working with urgency during busy periods, and helping teammates with tasks as needed.
• Work effectively as part of a team, maintaining positive relationships with guests and coworkers and communicating clearly with restaurant personnel.
• Maintain a professional and positive approach while performing assigned duties and supporting the overall success of the restaurant.

Job Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age; previous restaurant, customer service, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and positively with guests and coworkers.
• Team-oriented and dependable, with a willingness to assist teammates and contribute wherever needed.
• Ability to learn and understand the menu, follow instructions, and adhere to restaurant, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, remain on your feet while working, and adapt to changing customer volume with a sense of urgency.
• Willingness to be cross-trained in all Front of House positions.
• Flexible availability, including day or night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Handler's Certification or willingness to obtain one.

Schedule & Locations

This is a part-time position with all shifts available, including day and night shifts. Restaurant operating hours are approximately 10:00 AM9:30 PM. Weekend availability is required. Positions are available at the following Fire Bowl Caf locations:

• Round Rock
• Arbor
• Lakeline
• Brodie
