This role operates independently with moderate oversight and is responsible for managing schedules across all phases of the project lifecyclefrom RFQ to closeout. Scheduler II ensures schedule accuracy, performs analysis, and communicates findings to stakeholders./ppTo manage and maintain project schedules that align with construction execution plans, ensuring timely updates, resource alignment, and schedule integrity. The Scheduler II collaborates with field leadership and project controls teams to support reporting, earned value tracking, and schedule health monitoring, while contributing to planning meetings and mentoring less experienced schedulers./ph3Responsibilities/h3ullipDevelop and validate project and owner reports (daily, weekly, monthly)./p/lilipLead schedule update meetings and represent construction plans./p/lilipPerform schedule updates, logic re-application, and resource distribution./p/lilipAnalyze resource requirements and recommend corrective actions./p/lilipMonitor schedule health indicators and execution adherence./p/lilipConduct quality checks (e.g., open ends, float, Acumen Fuse)./p/lilipBalance earned hours between earned value systems and schedules./p/lilipMentor junior schedulers and support their development./p/li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ullipBachelors degree with 4 years of industry experience, or 6 years of relevant industry experience./p/lilipMinimum 35 years in scheduling or project controls./p/lilipProficient in scheduling software (Primavera P6)./p/lilipFamiliarity with earned value reporting and histogram interpretation./p/lilipUnderstanding of intermediate CPM principles./p/li/ulullipMicrosoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)/p/lilipScheduling Software (Primavera, Oracle)/p/lilipCMIS, Acumen Fuse, Qtrax/p/lilipStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skills/p/li/ulpRelocation Requirement: Must be willing and able to relocate to a project location anywhere within the United States./p/div
