Director, US HCP Marketing, Rheumatology, Autoimmune Myositis

argenx seeks a Director of US HCP Marketing for Rheumatology to lead healthcare provider marketing strategy and execution for the autoimmune myositis launch of VYVGART Hytrulo. The role involves developing integrated omnichannel campaigns, coordinating peer-to-peer education, and collaborating across commercial and medical functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute disease state education campaign strategy with messaging, creative, and channel planning
• Lead HCP branded launch strategy and tactics for VYVGART Hytrulo, including messaging and promotional assets
• Shape integrated omnichannel HCP media plans across unbranded and branded channels
• Plan and execute commercial advisory boards and peer-to-peer education programs
• Ensure field organization readiness and collaborate with legal, regulatory, and medical affairs for compliant execution

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in science or business; MBA preferred
• 10+ years pharmaceutical or biotech marketing and commercial experience
• Proven ability to manage external agency partners and cross-functional teams
• Understanding of pharmaceutical promotion legal and regulatory requirements
• Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills
• Rheumatology experience preferred
• US launch readiness experience preferred
